FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER
 
Salary - £50,000 - £65,000pa
 
Hours - 45 Hours per week
 
Location - Swindon
 
Due to an internal move, I'm looking for an experienced Business Partner, to join our well-established team on a full-time permanent basis.
 
The companies Head Office is based in Swindon, but you will have the flexibility to manage your time and location of work accordingly.
 
You will act as the finance lead for Aftersales, Parts, Repair & Maintenance as well the Branches. Some of the tasks that we are looking for this role to focus on include, the maintenance of the financial control for these business areas including balance sheet reporting, risks & ops, P&L & board level reporting as well as leading the forecasting budgets and year planning with this area of the business. You will be expected to complete all month end reporting within a required deadline, as well as publishing commission statements to sales, so someone that can deal with complex financial reporting under pressurized conditions is essential. With your analytical skills, you will be able to provide insight and support to all varying levels of stakeholders of the Aftersales business and feed this back to them in UK wide branch reviews. You will never be afraid to question and challenge the way we do things, to always ensure financial control.
 
Ideally, you will have a few years' experience working in a commercial fast-paced environment. It would great if you have the relevant financial qualifications (ideally CIMA/ACA or ACCA), however we would still be keen to talk to you if you have gained relevant experience in this field as well without the qualification to go with it. An individual that would fit in well within our team will have great interpersonal skills, be outgoing and have confidence in their finance abilities.
