Driver / Customer Service Advisor

We are working with a premium brand car dealership that are looking for a Customer focused individual that will help assist with the duties in the showroom.
You will be required to pick up vehicles from local destinations and ensure the cars are presented to the high standards.
The role will consist of working with all departments of the business, liaising with different department heads across multiple sites to ensure a smooth process is adhered to.

Duties will include
·Complete any relevant documentation with the customer where necessary.
·Receive and receipt for the collection of payments from customers where necessary.
·Chauffeur company personnel and / or customers where required.
·Collect / deliver small items where required.
·Display an enthusiastic, motivated and committed approach to work
·To control the movement and security of all vehicles on site
·To maintain accurate and true records at all times when releasing or receiving vehicles
·Collection and delivery vehicles from customers homes or work premises, ensuring collection and / or completion of all paperwork required.
·Examine customer vehicles for damage and tyre safety prior to collecting vehicle ensuring that damage reports are completed and pointed out to customers wherever possible.
·Maintain systems and procedures in line with department operating standards and utilise them appropriately.

Ideal candidates will
·Have strong teamwork skills
·Full clean driving license (3 points max)
·Confident and professional communication skills
·Customer focused
·Previous experience within a car dealership

Salary

£23,000 pa - £24,000 pa
