DIAGNOSTICS VEHICLE TECHNICIAN

Diagnostics vehicle technician for a prestige dealership based in Edinburgh

Basic Salary: £28,000pa to £30,000pa BONUS/OTE: up to £34,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm / Saturdays (1 in 3 or 1 in 4) 8.30am to 12.30pm

·Are you a vehicle technician with experience in diagnostics and detailed mechanical work?
·Do you have 5 years’ experience as a technician within the motor industry?

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Diagnostics Vehicle Technician position has risen for a prestige dealership in Edinburgh.

The job includes work that ranges from servicing to diagnostics. You must be able to work within a dealership environment as part of a hardworking team, with great technical skills and a steady working head. The right person for the role is professional, confident, and reliable, motivated and the motivation and ability to train and progress further. Will need experience in diagnosing complex faults.

The dealership will provide an excellent basic salary with a great OTE opportunities and additional training with the goal to progress you to further technician status (if you choose too). The workshop is team based and a motivating working environment with a highly respected dealership that enjoy progressing internally and train you further.

Skills & Qualifications of a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:

·Experience as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician at a dealership
·Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance Qualified (or equivalent)
·A desire to progress, improve and open to qualify further
·5 years’ experience as a technician within the motor industry
