Diagnostic Technician required for Main dealership in Aberdeen
Salary: £30,000pa - £32,000pa OTE £35,000pa upwards

A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Diagnostic technician with strong experience has arisen for a busy, forward thinking car dealership.

The role requires someone who has experience with a range of Diagnostics repairs and machines. You will be one of the few responsible Vehicle Technicians to deal with the majority of the Dealership’s Diagnostics and will be utilised to teach help others Vehicle Technicians with the Diagnostics.

Our client is looking for a vehicle technician with a lot of experience in complex diagnostic repairs and has a strong understanding of diagnostic machinery is utilised. As an experienced Diagnostic technician / vehicle technician, you will be involved in all aspects of maintenance and repairs of vehicles, carrying out routine servicing and diagnostic checks, warranty repairs, PDI Checks, fault finding issues and issuing maintenance checks according to franchise guidelines, working to agreed time scales and completing relevant vehicle records, all whilst ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved and maintained.

You will need to be fully experienced in the field as you will be working on complete repairs and complex diagnostic repairs as well as helping your team when needed.

Working hours: 45 hours a week Monday - Friday / Saturdays on rota

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Diagnostics Technician / Vehicle Technician role:
·NVQ Level 3/4 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
·Diagnostics Technician status within a specific brand
·Strong longevity in your role
·Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
·Franchised dealership / large independent experience
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
