Diagnostic Vehicle Technician required for Prestige Dealership in Edinburgh
Salary: £25,000pa - £28,000pa OTE £36,000pa

A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced diagnostic vehicle technician has arisen for a busy, forward thinking prestige car dealership.

Our client is looking for a vehicle technician with a lot of experience in complex diagnostic repairs and has a strong understanding of diagnostic machinery is utilised. Any experience in diagnostics on a prestige brand would be an advantage.

As an experienced vehicle technician, you will be involved in all aspects of maintenance and repairs of vehicles, carrying out routine servicing and diagnostic checks, warranty repairs, PDI Checks, fault finding issues and issuing maintenance checks according to franchise guidelines, working to agreed time scales and completing relevant vehicle records, all whilst ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved and maintained.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30 / Saturdays 1 in 5 8:00am - 12:00pm

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Diagnostics Vehicle Technician role:

·NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
·Strong longevity in your role
·Prestige / VAG experience an advantage
·Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
·Franchised dealership / large independent experience
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
