CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
Automotive Customer Service Advisor required for our automotive client based in Bristol.

Basic Salary £21,000pa to £23,000pa plus BONUS & OTE

Our client is seeking an experienced customer service advisor with a flexible and can-do attitude to join their close-knit, hardworking team. We want someone who is always energetic and committed to offering quality customer service.

As an experienced Customer Service Advisor, you will be attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards. This is a telephone based role, where you will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service, whilst dealing with all customer enquiries.

Essential Skills & Qualifications for a Service Advisor

·Must have experience as a customer service advisor
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Must be money motivated with confidence in up selling
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Ability to thrive within a busy service department
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
