Contact Centre Advisor / Service Advisor required for a thriving workshop located in Maidenhead.

£20,000 (DOE) + Bonus!

·Are you an experienced commercial contact centre advisor / service advisor, with the ability to ensure that the customers needs are put before your own?
·Are you a strong sales person who understands the importance of up selling, to benefit the customer and the company?

A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced and confident Contact Centre Advisor / Service Advisor, has arisen for a very successful Commercial Main Dealership, in Maidenhead.

This is an opportunity for a service advisor to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through assisting the customer, taking direction and using initiative.

Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 / 08:30 - 17:30 / 09:00 - 18:00
+ 1 in 3 Saturday's

£18,000 - £20,000 (DOE) + Bonus! Company pension after 3 months.

Essential Skills & Qualifications for this Service Advisor role:
·Previous experience in a similar role and an extensive knowledge of the auto-motive industry, preferably the commercial side.
·A can-do attitude, an enthusiastic personality and a confidence in your specialised knowledge about the auto-motive industry.
·Flexible and natural approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
·Full clean UK Driving Licence (preferred).
