Customer Service Advisor
We are looking for someone who can embrace and promote this leading automotive brand, taking pride in their work so that customers receive a world class customer experience. The role will involve taking inbound calls and making outbound calls as well as web chat interactions with the customers. The key to both your and our success is to put our clients and their customers at the heart of the service we provide.
Are you passionate about giving excellent customer service?
Your job will entail being the main point of contact for telephone enquiries, driving when needed (dropping cars off), dealing with general customer service incoming emails, making decisions on outstanding email cases, encouraging quick resolution.
Essential Skills & Qualifications for Customer Service Advisor:
·Experience of working in a fast-moving Customer Service environment
·Excellent Communication skills (Email and phone)
·Experience of using Microsoft Office
·Able to work in a small team, taking many tasks at once
·The person must be bright, confident with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Be flexible and able to juggle many tasks at once
·Previous experience in customer service and administration
·Previous experience in the Automotive trade
