Group Compliance Manager
Stockport
£28,000 - £30,000

Monday – Friday 8am to 18:00pm
(Some Saturdays may be required)

My client is looking for a compliance Manager to join them.

The role is to ensure the Compliance of the group and their customers is maintained to the high required standards and that all policies and procedures are adhered to throughout the Group

The role is predominantly based at 1 site, however, there will be lots of occasions where you need to travel between their other sites.

The Role:

·Ensure H&S policies are up-to-date and within legislation
·Carry out quarterly depot audits and report accordingly
·Carry out monthly internal audit checks on payroll; systems; trackers etc
·Complete and update H&S depot schedules
·Arrange relevant H&S courses/training for responsible employees (e.g. first aid courses, fire marshal courses)
·Maintain Operators License requirements (CPC Holder advantageous)
·Arrange relevant appointments with providers for H&S requirements (e.g. fire safety, lung function tests, electrical equipment testing etc)
·Carry out periodic toolbox talks and Safe Systems of Work - Ensure compliance with customer SLAs - Carry out monthly audit checks on Quality Control procedures - Conduct monthly stock checks at depots to compare with imprest figures and system figures
·Review and investigate anomalies in depot packs
·Liaise with suppliers regarding costs and contracts to reduce overheads
·Manage recruitment requirements for the Group (up to interview stage)
·Manage the induction of new starters (paperwork, PPE, first day welcome etc)
·Assist with the management of staff KPIs and incentives Undertake any reasonable duty specified by the company Directors

Essential:
·Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
·Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
·Excellent client care skills
·Statistical Analysis
·Demonstrable experience of working in a compliance function
·Experience in complaints handling
