COMMERCIAL SALES MANAGER (AUTOMOTIVE)

Commercial Sales Manager required for our dealership client based in Dartford.

Basic Salary £35,000pa up to £45,000pa plus BONUS & OTE £65,000pa - £70,000pa

Our client, a dealership is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager for their busy, fast pace dealership based in Dartford.

As a Commercial Sales Manager you will be hands on in nature, financially aware, have effective communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to negotiate at all levels as well as being able to demonstrate key leadership abilities in terms of communication, coaching and performance management.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm - Saturday 8.30 - 1pm (1 in 3)

Skills & Qualifications of a Commercial Sales Manager:

·Previous experience within a main dealership
·Must have previous commercial experience
·Minimum 5 years sales experience or strong sales management achievements
·Demonstrate a stable career path / longevity within previous roles
·To maximise sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers
·Evidence of managing a team productively
·Ability to monitor and train staff to ensure they work to the standards of the company
·To ensure monthly targets are met or exceeded within the sales team
·Proven track record of hitting targets / managing improvements
·Valid and clean UK driving licence 
·Proactive and driven to support the team
