Salary: £23,000pa plus BONUS/OTE £40,000pa
Location: Gloucester

Our Franchise Dealership is looking to recruit a New and used Business Manager.

General Duties:
·Lead a team of Sales Executive to deliver exceptional Customer Service
·Maximise profitability
·Supporting the controlled sales process
·Working alongside Sales Executives to sell used vehicles and a range of add on products, finance and assets protection products
·Energise and deliver sales campaigns
·Generate buzz and enthusiasm in the team
·Regular coaching, robust management
·Constant customer interaction

Essentials:
·Business Management or Senior Sales Executive looking to progress
·Motor Trade experience
·Proven track record of Sales and performance
·Clean Driving License
·FCA approved (or willing to be trained)
