BUSINESS MANAGER
Business Manager required for our automotive client based in Edinburgh

Basic Salary £25,000pa plus a company car

Our XXX client is looking for a seasoned Business Manager to join their proactive team. You will be a hands-on Business Manager who has passion and takes pride in all that they do. Also, a friendly expert who wants to deliver an outstanding customer motoring experience through honesty and trust.

As a Business Manager you will be coordinating the daily activities, ensuring all services and products meet the high standards of the dealership and maintaining an effective relationship with all customers and colleagues. You will also be responsible for ensuring all documentation is correct, also presenting and selling products to customers. Alongside this you will me self-motivated to sell additional products and services at any opportunity. You will be required to conduct credit searches, introduce customers to suitable finance companies, and deal with all paperwork relating to finance deals and contracts.

In the role of Business Manager, you will also prepare and complete all relevant paperwork accurately, and in line with legal requirements. You will also assist the Sales Manager to motivate and lead a team of Sales Executives to hit and exceed their targets.

The right candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, previous experience with finance and insurance, be target driven and enthusiastic about customer service. The Business Manager will also facilitate the prospect of new business and maximise profitability through finance sales. Working Hours 1 weekend off in 3 and 1 day off per week

Skills & Qualifications of a Business Manager

·Proven track record of sales within a main dealership
·Previous business manager experience within an automotive dealership is essential
·Demonstrates the ability to works well under pressure
·Excellent relationship building, customer facing and negotiating skills
·A full and clean UK Driving Licence
·Previous finance and insurance experience within the motor industry
