BUSINESS MANAGER
Business Manager required for our DEALERSHIP client based in SURREY

Basic Salary £25,000 plus BONUS&OTE Up to £65,000pa

Our dealership client is looking for a seasoned Business Manager to join their sales team. You will be a hands-on Business Manager who has passion and takes pride in all that they do. Also, a friendly expert who wants to deliver an outstanding customer motoring experience through honesty and trust.

As a Business Manager you will be coordinating the daily activities, ensuring all services and products meet the high standards of the dealership and maintaining an effective relationship with all customers and colleagues. You will also be responsible for ensuring all documentation is correct, also presenting and selling products to customers. Alongside this you will me self-motivated to sell additional products and services at any opportunity. You will be required to conduct credit searches, introduce customers to suitable finance companies, and deal with all paperwork relating to finance deals and contracts.

In the role of Business Manager, you will also prepare and complete all relevant paperwork accurately, and in line with legal requirements. You will also assist the Sales Manager to motivate and lead a team of Sales Executives to hit and exceed their targets.

Working Hours Monday – Saturday 8:30am to 6pm. Saturdays (1 in 3) 11am to 4pm (DAY OFF DURING THE WEEK)

Skills & Qualifications of a Business Manager

·Proven track record of sales within a main dealership
·Previous business manager experience within an automotive dealership is essential
·Demonstrates the ability to works well under pressure
·Excellent relationship building, customer facing and negotiating skills
·A full and clean UK Driving Licence
