BUSINESS MANAGER
Business Manager required for our automotive client based in Manchester

Basic Salary £30,000pa plus BONUS&OTE £64,000pa

Our client is looking for a seasoned Business Manager to join their proactive team. You will be a hands-on Business Manager who has passion and takes pride in all that they do. Also, a friendly expert who wants to deliver an outstanding customer motoring experience through honesty and trust.

As Business Manager you will ensure clear and effective presentation of products and services appropriate to individual customer circumstances and requirements.You will work with Sales Executives to sell vehicles with appropriate finance & insurance to retail customers Responsible for maintaining good relations with all staff at the retail site as well as coaching, mentoring and managing Sales Executives as directed. The Business Manager will be responsible for providing business reports to management. You will also be in conjunction with the management team and have responsibility for developing marketing opportunities for financial services products.

The right applicant will have a proven track record as a competent Business Manager you will also have knowledge of finance, general insurance and other products relating to the automotive industry, you will also need knowledge of Finance & Leasing and Industry best practice and Legislation. The Business Manager must also be able to demonstrate excellent sales techniques. Other essential skills and knowledge would be attaining and maintaining competence, within the regulatory scope documented in the FCA Insurance Mediation Manual including Treating Customers Fairly. The Business Manager will also have good credit history and be of good repute. Whilst passing relevant CBT modules in respect of finance insurance, product knowledge and TCF. The Business Manager must also have a clean driving license as well as excellent communication skills, and an aptitude to learn and develop with a great attitude.

Working Hours 40 hours pw

Skills & Qualifications of a Business Manager

·Proven track record of sales within a main dealership
·Previous business manager experience within a dealership is essential, preferably in used cars
·Demonstrates the ability to works well under pressure
·Excellent relationship building, customer facing and negotiating skills
·A full and clean UK Driving Licence
