Bodyshop Receptionist

Bodyshop Advisor / Receptionist Required in Weston

Salary: £23,500 - £25,000+
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 
Holiday: 22 days per annum + bank holidays

• Are you a bodyshop receptionist looking for a new challenge?

Main duties:

• You will be providing front of house customer service 
• Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with Vehicle Technicians / Productives
• Liaison with customers and insurance companies about any additional work require
• Answering calls and booking work into the workshop
• Handling customer complaints and taking ownership until resolution
• Responding to customer requests

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Bodyshop Receptionist role:

• Previous telephone experience is preferred
• You must be IT literate and have knowledge of Microsoft
• Be hard working 
• Have the ability to work under pressure
• Be a team player 
• Good telephone manner
• Automotive experience
• Customer handling skills
