Salary: £19000 - £21000

·Reporting to your line manager in the first instance of any issues that relate to Customer Care problems

·Answering telephone calls and dealing with resulting referrals, inquiries and bookings.

·Booking in customers vehicles putting the details on to the system

·Creating and maintaining job sets and work sheets

·Ensuring All jobs that come to the company are dealt with and communication is carried out to fulfil the interests of the Company and its Customers

·Customer invoicing is complete and collecting customer payments is paramount

·Controlling courtesy cars, including collecting CDW, excess, additional charges, etc.

·Updating progress reports for customers via Phone, email, text (SMS) and faxing

·Filing and general administrative duties Keeping all documentation in order, in designated areas, in-place and up-to-date

·Conforming to all company policy, relating to general affairs, fire and Health and Safety

·Managing Reception area to be clean and tidy at all times

·Conforming to all company policy relating to general affairs, Fire and Health & Safety Policy
