·Experience of working within the motor repair industry

The role:

·To mentor and lead a team and encourage a collaborative working environment, which focuses on the customer and what matters to them.  
·To lead a team which produces quality repairs and adopts a “right first time” attitude  
·To help embed a culture on site where everyone is responsible for the customer experience and works as a team  
·To deliver on promises made to our customers which ensure that they will be without their vehicles for the shortest possible time  
·To understand repair methodology  
·To maintain quality and technical standards within the site  
·To identify opportunities which promote customer satisfaction or process improvement  
·To motivate and recognise all colleagues and have succession and retention plans in place  
·To identify and monitor over time colleague training needs, and ensure appropriate training is delivered as required  
·To take joint responsibility for the site, and ensure that any colleague issues or concerns are addressed  
·To develop, manage and maintain relationships with external suppliers and internal business areas  
·To ensure the site that there is an appropriate level of resource to meet our customer demand and take actions to address shortages, including recruitment  
·To make decisions based on knowledge and data
