Automotive Customer Service Advisor required in Birmingham
Salary: £24000 - £30000

Are you an experienced Customer Consultant looking for a new challenge?
Do you have a full UK driving license?

We are looking for a committed, customer focussed Customer Consultant.

In this role, you will offer excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be ordering the requested parts and plan transportation. You will use your own initiative and prioritise duties agreed with site leaders. You will be building relationships with external suppliers and internal business areas.

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Customer Consultant role:

·Clean full UK drivers license
·A strong customer focussed background
·Organisational skills
·Experience of customer tracking/payments system or/and IT literate/Element of cash handling
·Company uniform provided.
·Hours: 42.5 per week
·Experience of working in a fast-moving Customer Service environment
·Excellent Communication skills (Email and phone)
·Experience of using Microsoft Office
·Automotive experience
