Saturday 07:00 -12:00

(42.5 hour working week. All overtime paid at time and a half)

I have have an excellent opportunity for a qualified Auto Electrician to join this busy depot.


The successful applicant will be a fully qualified Auto Electrician or equivalent and own tools

The Role of an Auto Electrician :

·You job will entail installing, repairing, wiring, and maintaining of all electrical components found in different vehicles.
·Checking what is necessary to bring trucks up to your best working condition.
·You have to be able to dissemble, as well as correctly reassemble vehicle parts back together.
·You need to make sure the equipment is fully functional and clean, as well as making sure it is connected to the trucks main power source.

The ideal candidate:

·You must be technically knowledgeable in the use of equipment and machinery to do the job.
·You have to be familiar with how wires work and how they have to be placed in a vehicle.
·You must be good at testing equipment and the computers they use in mapping out electrical pathways and locating electronic problems or malfunctions in the system.
·You must be able to understand the equipment installed in each unit.
·Commercial Dealership or Fleet experience essential
·Must have own tools
·The applicant should be able to demonstrate an excellent technical knowledge of working with commercial vehicles and all related tools and equipment
