ASSISTANT WORKSHOP CONTROLLER
Assistant Workshop Controller required for our established dealership client in Gloucestershire

Basic Salary up to £22,000pa plus BONUS & OTE up to £38,800pa

·Are you a Service Advisor or Vehicle Technician who wants to progress as an Assistant Workshop Controller?

This is an exciting challenge for a Service Advisor or Vehicle Technician to step up into the new role of Assistant Workshop Controller to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through supporting the workshop and the service team. You will need to be fully knowledgeable in the field as you will be highly skilled in fault diagnoses and working on complex repairs and diagnostic repairs as well as helping your team when required.

Our client is looking for an Assistant Workshop Controller to support the Workshop Controller in organising the workshop with a extremely organised and patient mind working in amongst the Vehicle Technicians working to deadlines under pressure. The right candidate will have a strong history of sales and up selling skills. This is a rare opportunity in and of itself and it is made even better by a supplied uniform, 23 days holiday, benefit packages and a private healthcare package!

Working hours 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays (1 in 3)

·Full clean UK Driving Licence
