ASSISTANT CAR SALES MANAGER
Location: STAPLES CORNER
Salary Basic £26,000pa - £28,000pa plus OTE / Bonus up to £50,000pa

DO YOU ENJOY MOTIVATING STAFF AND GENERATING DEALS, WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED CAR SALES PERSON OR MANAGER TO ASSIST IN MOTIVATING OUR SALES TEAM!

·We are seeking an experienced Sales Person who can fill the position of an Assistant Car Sales Manager in Bedford, for the right person this will be an excellent opportunity and we are looking to progress you through the company!

·We are looking for a highly motivated person with passion and drive who can provide exceptional levels of customer service, someone who can lead, drive and motivate the Sales team, exceed targets and maximise profitability across all areas of the car department

·You should have the knowledge experience drive and ability to get the most out of the Sales Department and Sales team bringing with you very high standards and new ideas.

·You will need to control the car and demonstrator car sales and stock levels, to be able to converse with divisional and manufacture personnel, exceed targets and meet tight deadlines.

·Maintaining supportive relationships between departments, customers and colleagues
