ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER
Assistant Sales Manager required for our automotive client in Norwich.

Basic Salary £24,000pa plus BONUS & OTE up to £40,000pa plus management bonus

Our client is seeking an experienced enthusiastic, ambitious and mature Assistant Car Sales Manager to join their growing team in a forward thinking environment. Your role will consist of supporting Sales Executives with compiling suitable customer offers whilst assisting with transactional elements. Ensuring that the vehicle displays are maintained in accordance with standards. You will also monitor the prep of new and used stock.

As Assistant Sales Manager you will still look after the customer's sales process from start to finish, maintaining contact throughout the sales and pre-delivery process. Working alongside a fantastic team, you will ensure that every customer’s experience of the dealership is exceptional. You will manage all sales appointments in a professional manner, ensuring high quality test drive experience and deliver on your sales targets. With an excellent basic salary and lots of opportunities for bonus based on hitting sales targets. The right candidate will support all departments and be career driven.

Skills & Qualifications of an Assistant Sales Manager role

·Experience in a main dealership 
·Proven track record in sales
·A full UK driving licence
·Be a self-motivated and ambitious person who is willing to learn
·Work efficiently under pressure and towards set targets
·Deliver excellent customer service to every customer
