APPOINTMENT MAKER
Basic Salary up to £25,000pa Plus up to £30,000pa BONUS & OTE (Uncapped)
Location: BOURNEMOUTH

We are looking for an experienced Appointment Maker for our client who is an established and highly reputable payroll company.

They have been a major player in the contractor supply chain for over 15 years and have worked with thousands of contractors across a wide range of industries.

Their extensive experience makes them market leaders in understanding the challenges faced by small, medium and large businesses in recruiting temporary and contract staff.

Duties and responsibilities of an Appoinment Maker:
The Appointment Maker will purely focus on new sales business relationships, ensuring effective relationship management and communication in order generate new consistent levels of referral business. You will identify and forge new relationships with contacts at all levels such as Director level through to Consultants and Contractor Care Teams within Recruitment agencies who operate temporary and contract desks.

You will work closely with the field based Regional Sales Director, identifying clients, booking appointments for the Regional Sales Director, retaining ownership of new sales until it is handed over to the account management team. Ensuring maximum market awareness to maximise ongoing business, and increase client awareness of the company and other products and report on any potential avenues of business for the company.

You will monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information, maintaining accurate client records using company databases and other formats. You will also meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs, and contribute to team’s monthly and quarterly objectives, undertake competitor analysis as required/directed.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of booking appointments for senior management or business partners, Sales Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer Sales experience (B2C). You will have previous New Business Development, Relationship Management, Appointment Making, Objection Handling, Qualifying and Converting Sales, and Sales Negotiation skills.
Excellent organisation and communication skills, be self-driven with excellent time management ability. You will also be customer solution focused and computer literate.

Knowledge of tax planning vehicles (umbrella, limited company and self employed) will be an advantage.
