Aftersales Manager required for our automotive client in Hereford

Basic Salary £38,000pa BONUS & OTE up to £47,000pa

Our client, is looking for a process driven and proactive AfterSales Manager to join and manage their team, motivating the service department and ensuring efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements with their best interest as your priority.

As an AfterSales Manager you will need to be a strong performer who is able to monitor managing a a target driven and ambitious team whilst hitting your own daily target. This will include managing the service team and coordinating an organised and cost-effective process for after sales and servicing of vehicles, ensuring all details are communicated through to the workshop in an efficient manner. You will also be working to maximise performance and overcome challenges, by growing retail service and improving efficiency within the vehicle repair workshop.

Essential Skills & Qualifications of an After Sales Manager

·Minimum of 4 years experience in the motor trade
·Strong leadership and evidence of outstanding customer service
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·The ability to motivate and inspire a team in a target driven environment
