Aftersales Manager
Salary up to £40,000pa plus OTE up to £65,000pa plus Company Car
Location: Cambridge

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager looking to join our popular and growing brand, Car Dealership.

This Dealership understand that their success and reputation is done to their excellent customer service. Their teams strive to maintain these levels consistently, and continue to be professionals in the role.

To be considered for this role you will need to have at least 3 years Dealership experience as a manager. The ideal candidate will be honest, realistic, motivating and able to push to deliver outstanding results.

Aftersales Manager General duties:
·Talk and listen to customers to build relationships, understand their needs and guide them towards the product/service that will best meet their needs
·Provide estimates for Servicing and repairs, ensuring that the customer is fully aware of the likely costs, time scales involved and setting realistic expectations
·Schedule work to meet customer requirements, and staff within the workshop
·Set and ensure realistic targets are met
·Encourage the sales of genuine parts, accessories and packages whenever possible
·Agree Vehicle Delivery and Collection, or car arrangements
·Co-ordinate workshop activity
·Invoice customers
·Update customers details to maintain accurate records of work carries out
·Work with colleagues and other teams across the Dealership to ensure entire Dealership has is ran smoothly

Aftersales Manager Essentials;
·3 Years minimum Service Management experience within the Motor Trade
·Highly motivated
·Able to productively manage a team
·Maximises work load and quality
