AFTERSALES ADVISOR / WORKSHOP CONTROLLER
Aftersales Advisor / Workshop Controller required for a main dealership based in Reading

Basic Salary: £25,000pa - £28,000pa plus BONUS/OTE £32,000pa - £35,000pa

·Are you a great communicator and good at multitasking?
·Do you have experience of managing a team of vehicle technicians / mechanics?
·Do you have strong automotive background, including parts and service?

Our client is seeking a person who can turn their hand at most things dealership related. You will have experience as a Service Advisor / Workshop Controller / Parts Advisor. You will understand the demands of a busy garage and the ability to meet the high standards that this position brings. You will have experience in dealing with customers face to face. You will possess the skills to be organised and the ability to engage and motivate people, whilst maximizing time available to sell on a day to day basis.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm / Saturdays on a rota

Skills & Qualifications of a Aftersales Advisor/Workshop Controller;

·Experienced dealing with customers face to face, managing queries and complaints
·An understanding of KPI's and Budgets
·Experience in running a productive workshop
·Experience of managing a team of Vehicle Technicians / Mechanics
·Must be able to demonstrate leadership and identify problems within the workshop and Service areas and understand how to fix them
·Must have a CAN-DO attitude with the ability to prioritise / organise work to ensure the workshop runs smoothly
·Parts experience is advantageous
·Strong communication is ESSENTIAL - you are the central person who service, parts and technicians will report too and therefore must be able to give quick solutions to any issues
·Must be driven and task orientated
