Our client, a Commercial Vehicle Franchise Dealers in the South West UK, requires an Automotive Aftersales Advisor / Administration for their busy operation in St Austell.
As an Aftersales Advisor / Administration you will play a vital role in supplying both internal and external customers with parts to meet their needs. Doing the Service Advisor desk as well as the admin duties for aftersales. To succeed in this role as Aftersales Advisor you need to have:
·Keen eye for detail
·Previous experience working within an automotive industry
·Excellent organisation and customer service skills.
·Ability to learn systems and computerised stock and order management system
·I.T. Skills would be a clear advantage
Motor trade experience is an advantage
This is a shift of 12pm - 8pm Monday to Friday
There is bonus schemes and opportunity for overtime.
