AFTERSALES ADVISOR

Basic Salary – £20,000pa - £22,000pa plus OTE up to £28,000pa
Working Hours - 47.5 hours per week, Saturday Mornings (alternate)
Location - Bury St Edmunds

Vacancy to be filled by an experienced Aftersales Advisor with Service and Parts experience.

Responsibilities of a Afterales Advisor
·Take Service Department bookings.
·Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
·Working with Parts and Service
·Meeting and greeting service customers and identifying their service requirements
·Ordering, selling and managing stock
·Updating customers with technical issues
·Dealing with complaints
·Seize opportunities for up selling products

Skills and Qualifications of a Aftersales Advisor
·Must have previous experience with service and parts
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Must be money motivated with confidence in up selling
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Ability to thrive within a busy service department
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
