AFTERSALES ADVISOR
Aftersales Advisor required for a main dealership in High Wycombe

Basic salary: £20,000pa to £24,000pa plus BONUS/OTE £13,480pa

Our client, a main dealership is seeking a multi-skilled individual with Service Advisor and/or Parts Advisor experience to join their dynamic team in a high volume and busy parts and service department based in High Wycombe. You will need to have previous experience within the automotive industry and have a great working attitude.

You will be joining a friendly team, working on the front and back desk (Retail and Trade) and will also serve parts to Vehicle Technicians. As a parts advisor you will also be responsible for the ordering, selling and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories. This is a busy role which receives a high volume of calls in the department. If you are motivated in sales and feel comfortable in a high selling capacity, then this role is for you! 

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 7.30am to 5.30pm / Alternate Saturdays 8am to 12pm.

Skills & Qualifications for an Aftersales Advisor: 
·Previous automotive experience as a Service Advisor / Parts Advisor 
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System (advantage)
·Strong stable job history
·Sturdy customer service experience
·Ability to thrive within a busy department
