Aftersales Manager required for Main Dealership based in Lincoln. 
Salary: £35,000pa basic OTE £45,000pa.

Our client, a highly reputable dealership is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager with a proven track record of improvements to join a fantastic team based in Newbury. As an aftersales manager, you will demonstrate a hands on leadership style, managing and motivating employees within the service team to challenge and drive the performance of your team, in turn ensuring top quality service is provided to customers. Working as part of a strong team, you will need to be flexible in your daily approach and able to cover key positions within the department.

To be considered for this role you will need to have at least 2 years Dealership experience as a service / aftersales manager. The ideal candidate will be honest, realistic, motivating and able to push to deliver outstanding results.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm / Saturdays on rota 8:00am - 1:00pm

Aftersales Manager Skills & Qualifications: 

·Minimum of 2-years’ experience as a Service or Aftersales Manager
·Demonstrate a stable career path / longevity within previous roles
·Evidence of managing a team productively
·Proven track record of hitting targets / managing improvements within the service team
·Valid UK driving licence 
·Proactive and driven to support the team
