After sales Manager Southampton


I am currently looking to recruit an experienced after sales manager for a busy dealership in southampton.


What is required.

Manage and control the efficient running of dealership, train and develop the staff and continue to improve customer satisfaction and deliver the highest standards of service. Identify opportunities to improve processes and ensure that all KPIs and financial measures are achieved in line with agreed performance levels.

Key responsibilities

1. Fully responsible for the dealerships P&L, budget, KPIs and for site management.
2. Comply with all dealership and company quality/environmental standards and processes.
3. Management and control of all WIP, warranty and debtors.
4. After sales marketing in conjunction with Contract Sales Specialist.
5. Day to day management and the development of the dealerships teams.
6. Ensure the team receive all necessary training to ensure that customers continue to receive the highest standard of service.
7. Maintain and build positive working relationships with customers and ensure deadlines are met.
8. Ensure that dealership standards and KPI’s are achieved.
9. To maintain and build positive working relationships

10. Seek opportunities to identify and implement improvements to operational work practices within the dealership and company-wide where appropriate.
The post holder may also be asked to support and undertake other related duties not listed in this Job Specification from time to time according to the needs of the business.

This is a full time position Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).


Salary £28k - £30k
