My client, is a successful vehicle dealership, are recruiting for an Administration Manager / Bookkeeper / Health & Safety / IT Support / Sage Accounts / Inbound / Outbound / Customer Service / Administration for their Poole Office.
Key responsibilities for the Administration Manager / Bookkeeper / Health & Safety / IT Support / Sage Accounts / Inbound / Outbound / Customer Service / Administration include:
·Bookkeeping, Petty Cash, Raise Invoices, Credit Control, Purchase Orders, payroll
·Answering phones
·Health & Safety administration and coordination
·Be able to support on IT issues, ordering equipment etc
·Follow Policies and Procedures
·Liaising with suppliers & customers
·To become involved in other tasks/duties as required
Essential Qualities for the Administration Manager / Bookkeeper / Health & Safety / IT Support / Sage Accounts / Inbound / Outbound / Customer Service / Administration:
·Attention to detail
·Sage Accounts
·Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
·Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
·GCSEs grade C and above, including Maths and English or equivalent
·Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
·Bookkeeping experience
·Motor trade experience
·Payroll experience
