Exciting opportunity for an Accident Repair Centre Advisor
New vacancy for a Body Shop Advisor to join a busy accident repair centre.
Reporting to the Body Shop Manager, the main purpose of the job is to deal with customer requirements for vehicle repair in an efficient and courteous manner and to ensure a high standard of customer service.

Essential criteria for the position includes:
·Meet and greet clients
·Talk to TPI companies
·Liaise with AX (accident exchange) to provide clients with a hire car
·Load customer details and images taken by themselves of the damaged vehicle on to our bespoke database (Autoflow)
·Call clients / email every 48hrs to keep up to date of ongoing claims
·Use of outlook, word, excel essential
·Must be confident working alone and able to excel themselves and motivate themselves.
·Must have a great face to face and telephone manner. Coming across well to customers is the most essential part of the job
·Smart appearance essential
·Must have a driving licence no more than 3 points preferred
·Must be comfortable driving different types of vehicle sizes and manual/automatic


This is a full-time, permanent position.
