ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Accounts Assistant required for our automotive client in Birmingham

Basic Salary £28,4000pa

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring that all vehicles are mechanically prepared quickly and efficiently to the company standards
You will oversee and lead x2 re marketing specialists and ensure they take and upload a minimum of 20 high quality images per used car and a static video.You will ensure that all vehicles are cosmetically prepared to a high standard.You will also manage the valeting process combining speed with a great level of attention to detail. You will develop improvement action plans within the business.
Oversee the hiring and training of all staff in your department. Maintaining an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudes and morale. Oversee and maintaining compensation plans for all employees.

Working hours: 40 hours per week.
