Fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team based in Hayes, Middlesex.

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000

We are a dynamic and growing company, operating out of 9 sites across London and the South East.
The Role and Responsibilities:

Preparation of daily KPI reports for Senior Management Bank reconciliation s Payment allocations Preparing journal entries Management of petty cash Entering purchase invoices into the system Assist in other typical month end duties Customer queries Filing and general administration Ad Hoc duties to support the finance function across the 9 sites

Team player Ability to build relationships with key personnel across the 9 sites Able to work under pressure in order to achieve deadlines Good telephone manner Self sufficient Adaptable to changes in job role
