Purchase Ledger Administrator 

Our local client are a franchised commercial vehicle manufacturer, looking for a Purchase Ledger administrator to join their team due to a recent retirement.

Working as a Purchase Ledger administrator in this role involves working in a small friendly team, working Monday to Friday, with flexible daytime hours to suit the successful applicant, apying up to 22k per annum. 

Purchase Ledger Administrator Duties:

·Invoice checking and processing
·Reconciling accounts and invoices
·Answering phones
·Performing routine calculations
·Producing financial reports
·Credit checking accounts
·Processing Sales Orders
·Ensuring invoices are processed correctly

Purchase Ledger Administrator Experience:

·Experience working in a similar accounts administrator / purchase ledger role (essential)
·Good organisational skills
·Ability to use excel
·Good telephone manner
·Experience using GDMP or Kerridge would be a benefit
